Before working with Cindy I thought I was ready to go all in—but I quickly realised I didn’t have a clear plan or the right mindset. I used to get frustrated trying to figure everything out on my own. Feeling like there was lots of work but not really getting anywhere. The biggest shift for me was learning to chip away at things bit by bit, stay focused, and not overload myself with too many goals. Budgeting was a total game changer—when I started, I was in debt, and 1 year later I have money in the bank and the debt is gone and I am well ahead.
Now I’ve got a pipeline of work and the confidence to know exactly what I can earn, even through the ups and downs. It’s a completely different game. I feel free to enjoy time with my kids and family without constantly worrying about the business. One of the best things I learned: ‘Chase two chickens, you’ll catch none.’ I’ve learned to plan and focus, and it’s made all the difference.

I had commenced my business with trying to do everything at all possible times with no time really for my family and always being burnt out which led to me being stuck in the same position and simply running in circles. Then we reached out to Cindy and after the initial consultation we had connected, she assisted me with taking control of my business and restructured various elements to ensure we achieved the goals within my business.
Cindy helped me see various elements within my business, outside of my scope, to achieve the work & family balance. The main aim of my business was to balance family life. Working with Cindy helped me change my mindset and perspective on how business can be. Cindy was very knowledgeable in all areas and worked with me every step of the way to achieve the milestones within my business.

Cindy helped me map out my business processes to find out quickly what was working and what needed a little fixing. Once we did this we were confident about employing an office manger to support the business. It has taken me a while to get to this place and I have appreciated having someone outside the business looking in. By tweaking the recruitment ad we improved the calibre of people applying and the number of applications. The process for recruitment was a smooth system which is easy to implement in my business going forward.
