For the past 6 years I’ve been working with small business owners, particularly women. One thing that became obvious to me early on is the need for flexible income.
Parents who want to be there for their children AND run a business that enables them to contribute financially. You may be running your business in school hours and want to make it to assemblies, sports and parent-child activities. Or perhaps you’re homeschooling and need to balance that with work.
Or perhaps you’re living with chronic pain, illness, neurodivergence, or mental health conditions, and can’t cope with traditional 9-5 work life.
