Started as an accountant after graduating in 1983 and launched Ceebeks Business Solutions for GOOD in 1990. Their purpose is ‘to positively impact the lives of young families in business to make their businesses really work so that together we can make an even bigger impact in our communities, country and the lives of those less fortunate around the world.’ Today, he has a small team – ‘the sensational seven’ that delivers their multi-award-winning services to customers across Australia.
He is a published author – Chasing the Dream! – How to Grow a Business in These Amazing Times in 2019 – which was released during COVID and the international best-selling book Legacy: The Sustainable Development Goals in Action also in 2019, which he co-wrote with 52 other worldwide authors, and Starting the Dream! – How to Avoid a Nightmare When You Start a Business in 2023.
He is a very proud father to three (yes three!) adult daughters Dinah, Alli & Sofie and partner of Angela and lives in Warrnambool with their Golden Retriever – Frankie, Burmese Cats – Delilah & Daisy and 10 chooks, he is impassioned philanthropist supporting many different charities (particularly B1G1 – Business for Good), an exuberant gardener trying to create a tropical oasis in a temperate climate, a passionate beekeeper, early morning gym enthusiast and tenor with the Cindy Lee Ensemble – who often perform at charity events and fundraisers.
